A true accelerator of potential, MIAE is driving a new cooperative dynamic in the territory to act on the environment of access to employment, engagement and entrepreneurship.
How? By innovating, breaking down prejudices, strengthening local presence during off-peak hours in the evening and on weekends, and establishing partnerships with local stakeholders (Social Housing Providers, Local Structures, Employment Support Structures, etc.).
The MIAE helps to strengthen the links between residents and economic actors in the area to facilitate access to employment, particularly in priority neighborhoods:
Raising awareness, engaging, and bringing together stakeholders within a given territory around the theme of employment;
locally experimenting with innovative and collaborative solutions to promote access to employment;
developing local pathways to employment.
