For more than 30 years, the Hauts-de-France region, a pioneer in cultural development, particularly for film and audiovisual media, has been committed to supporting authors, directors, technicians, actors and entrepreneurs to structure and unite an ecosystem around creation and innovation through Pictanovo.
Pictanovo supports nearly 230 works, feature films, short films, documentaries, television series and one-off dramas, animated films and series, and intensifies the development of innovation and new writing in the field of transmedia, virtual reality and web series, a real lever of attractiveness for our territory.
Pictanovo bases its action on a balanced territorial anchoring around the 3 sites: Arenberg Creative Mine in Wallers-Arenberg, Plaine Images in Roubaix-Tourcoing and the Serre Numérique in Valenciennes.
