What they do
The studio brings together professionals with complementary skills in the various fields of animated film. Although it is not a production company, Train-Train is a true hub for creation, collaboration, and production.
Located in Hellemmes, in the Lille metropolitan area, the Train-Train studio is a self-managed association under the 1901 law, run by Gilles Cuvelier, Marine Blin and Cynthia Calvi.
Members develop their personal projects while also providing a workspace and equipment to host external productions. Train-Train thus fosters connections between production companies and animation professionals, creating work teams tailored to the needs of each film.
The majority of the projects supported are auteur short films, but the studio has also been hosting teams working on longer formats for several years.
Through its activities, Train-Train champions a demanding, unique and artistically ambitious auteur cinema, offering creators an environment conducive to experimentation, the transmission of know-how and the production of original works.
