How does it work in practice?
Several phases and programs await you.
For several months, you will be supported by our start-up managers and speakers, surrounded by other entrepreneurs and immersed in a place conducive to experimentation, in the heart of Plaine Images. A unique environment for entrepreneurship.
Beyond a common core program for starting a business in the Cultural and Creative Industries, we offer two complementary specialized programs for business projects in video games or music tech, which guarantee tailored support in these specific markets.
KICK OFF
2 days of boot camp to meet your cohort and get you ready for the coming months
PHASE 1: 3 months of INSPIRATION
Turn your idea into a business plan! Now's the time to test the viability of your project with 3 months of group support.
SELECTION COMMITTEE
Here, you will present your Business Plan to our Selection Committee to move on to the next phase. This is an opportunity to review the progress of your project and your motivation!
PHASE 2: 6 to 18 months of DESIGN
Welcome to phase 2, where you bring your project to fruition and ultimately create your business. 6 to 18 months of individual support.

3 MONTHS
GROUP SUPPORT
TO MOVE FROM IDEA TO BUSINESS PROJECT
After a 2-day boot camp with your cohort, you will have access to a series of workshops to get started.
The goal? To develop your idea, overcome initial obstacles, and lay the foundations for your project.
The workshops:
1. Kick-off: our expectations, your involvement, and support
2. Market research
3. Entrepreneurial project management and tools
4. Rapid and cost-effective prototyping
6 to 8 MONTHS
INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
TO TURN THE BUSINESS PROJECT INTO REALITY
During this phase, you will benefit from the support of our startup managers, mentoring, networking and a workshop program to enable you to achieve your Product Market Fit, sign your first clients, generate revenue and create your future business.
You will have access to a portfolio of investors, funders, clients, research resources and a network of national and international partners.
The workshops:
1. How to set your price? Pricing
2. Acquisition levers (channels/strategy and sales action plan/digital strategy)
3. Governance and advisory board (partners?)

In addition to preparing you to become a business leader through our core "ICC Entrepreneurship" program, you will also have access to two dedicated programs closely aligned with the specific challenges of the market(s) you plan to target. The goal is to refine your idea, overcome initial obstacles, and lay the foundations for your project.
